The project works consist of construction of the remaining part of Al Amir Road and a roundabout junction at the eastern end of Al Amir road. The total approximate length of road construction in this package is 720m with dual carriageway, service roads and parking bays. Description of Works The works consist of, but are not limited to the following: (i) Surface drainage, soakaway system. (ii) Foul sewerage works (iii) Earthworks (iv) Granular sub-base (v) Asphalt works (vi) Kerbing works, footpaths, and paved areas (vii) Traffic signs and road markings (viii) Public utility services : provision for future services; diversions and protection of existing a) Water works, full network; b) Street lighting, full network; c) Q-Tel works, full network; d) Electricity works; e) Foul Sewer Works, full networks.
